B. Information Automatically Collected (App & Website)

  • Smart Device Data: Sync logs from your Boturo Smart Water Bottle (e.g., battery level, connection status, sensor readings).

3. App Permissions (Android & iOS)

To function correctly, the Boturo App may request the following permissions on your mobile device:

  • Notifications: Required to send hydration alerts and medication reminders.

  • Storage: (Optional) To save your profile photo or export hydration logs.

  • Location: (Android only) Required by the Android OS to scan for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices. We do not track your physical location.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information or use third-party service providers for the following:

  • Payment Gateways: To process secure transactions (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).

  • Logistics Partners: To deliver your physical products.

  • Cloud Infrastructure: We use secure cloud services (e.g., Google Firebase, AWS) to store your app data and ensure it syncs across devices.

If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our App, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
